Brad Collins is the principal of “Insightful Coaching Solutions”.
Brad has a BBus (Accounting) is an FCPA, has a Diploma of financial services and a Certificate of marketing practice. Brad is also a Master NLP practitioner and is experienced and accredited in a number of human resource instruments.
Brad has over 30 years experience in business and has worked and lived in the USA, PNG, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia.
He has led national Financial Services distribution teams, held senior business and finance roles and served as a Director of an offshore funds management operation. He also established, then lead, AXA’s adviser capability development in Australia for a decade.
Brad is an international speaker, presenter and business coach and has extensive experience with senior leadership teams, boards and C-Suite executives.
Brad is a creative thinker whose innovative approach to business has him continually challenging existing business paradigms. He has a track record of successfully creating, implementing and then managing Greenfield business concepts. Brad also has extensive executive search experience in financial services and at corporate executive.
Brads greatest passion is business and people development and provides his clients his insights gained over three generations in business.
Brad is passionate about people development and creating an environment within a business that embraces this. He loves working with visionaries and lateral thinkers that seek to challenge and question the norm and those that have the drive and capability to not only conceptualise but make it happen.

Paul Batho is the business advisory specialist for “Insightful Coaching Solutions”
Paul has a Diploma of Finances Services, 2003, MBA – University of Melbourne 1982 and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) – Australian National University 1975.
Paul is an established finance executive who has worked across a variety of industries including the financial and manufacturing sectors. His career spans all aspects of the Australian and international capital markets where has worked with leading debt providers, corporations, businesses and individuals on how to source capital to secure their business objectives. He has held senior executive positions within the retail, corporate and investment banking sectors in Australia and overseas. Paul has also established his own consulting business that engaged in banking, finance, property investment, construction and business development.
More recently Paul has taken a keen interest in the evolution of the retail foreign exchange and derivative trading markets, providing consulting services to market participants to develop their product and distribution capabilities. He also provides specialist consulting services to businesses in financial management and growth funding.
Paul has a strong background in corporate governance, risk and compliance. Paul has also held positions on company boards where he provided insight and guidance on risk and compliance management, this being a hallmark of Paul’s current skill set.
Paul emphasises people, processes and robust financial management are core to generating and sustaining robust business and investment outcomes and he provides this insight to our clients.

She is creative, strategic, resourceful and commercial in her thought process and develops highly effective candidate and client relationships.
